Shipping & Delivery Policy

We strive to deliver your products as quickly and safely as possible. For now, we’re delivering within India only. Please review our shipping terms below:

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive your order within about one week of placing it, depending on your location in India.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are fixed for every order i.e. ₹ 90/- per order. We offer Free Shipping on orders over ₹ 2000/-
  • Delivery Estimates: You’ll get your order delivered within about one week of placing it, depending on your location in India.
  • Tracking Your Package: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use it to track your package.
  • International Shipping: For now, we’re delivering in India only. If there is any further information regarding international shipping, it will be updated on this website.

Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

  1. Return Window
    • You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return/exchange.
  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
    • Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.
    • Non-returnable items: Any ORIGINAL ARTWORK will not be returned/exchanged. Return/Refund/exchange policy applies only to ART PRINTS.
    • UNBOXING VIDEO OF THE PACKAGE RECEIVED IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN AND REFUND.
  1. How to Start a Return
    • To initiate a return, please contact us at dheeraj_sardana@yahoo.com with your Order ID and reason for the return or call at +91-9301128389 (calls will be picked after 6 pm only)
    • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer until authorized by us.
  1. Refunds & Processing
    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
  1. Return Shipping Costs
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it’s due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
