Thank you for choosing to invest in original art. We strive to make your purchasing experience as seamless and secure as possible. Below you will find all the details regarding how we process your orders, accepted payment methods, and billing security.

1. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

  • Browse & Select: Explore our online gallery and select the original painting or artwork you wish to purchase.
  • Add to Cart: Click the “Add to Cart” button on the product page.
  • Checkout: Review your cart and click “Proceed to Checkout.”
  • Provide Details: Fill in accurate shipping, billing, and contact information to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Confirm Order: Once payment is successfully processed through our WooCommerce checkout, you will receive an automated order confirmation email with your order details and invoice.

2. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

To ensure convenience, we accept a wide range of secure payment options at checkout:
  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and RuPay.
  • Net Banking: Secure direct bank transfers from all major banks.
  • UPI Payments: Quick payments via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or BHIM UPI.
  • Digital Wallets: Popular mobile wallets integrated into our payment gateway.
  • International Payments: For international buyers, payments are processed securely in supported global currencies (conversion rates may apply via your bank).

3. PAYMENT SECURITY

  • SSL Encryption: Our website uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your personal and financial data during checkout.
  • No Stored Card Details: We do not store or have access to your credit card numbers or financial passwords. All transactions are securely processed directly by our RBI-approved/certified third-party payment gateway providers.

4. ORDER PROCESSING & VERIFICATION

  • Verification: Every artwork listed is an original piece. We verify the availability and condition of the artwork immediately upon receiving your order.
  • Processing Time: Once payment is confirmed, original paintings undergo professional secure packaging. This process usually takes 3 to 5 business days before the package is handed over to our courier partner.
  • Order Rejection/Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if the artwork becomes unavailable due to an unexpected inventory error, if we suspect a fraudulent transaction, or if there is a pricing error. In such rare cases, a 100% refund will be issued immediately.

5. TAXES AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES

  • Domestic Orders (India): Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.
  • International Orders: The checkout price covers the cost of the artwork and international shipping. Any custom duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees imposed by the destination country are not included and must be paid by the buyer upon delivery.

6. ORDER TRACKING

  • As soon as your painting is shipped, we will update your WooCommerce order status and send you a shipping confirmation email.
  • This email will contain a tracking link and tracking number so you can follow your artwork’s journey directly to your doorstep.
