2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ARTWORK COPYRIGHT

  • Ownership: All content on this Website, including but not limited to original paintings, digital images of artwork, text, graphics, logos, and website code, is the exclusive property of Dheeraj Sardana and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
  • No Reproduction: Purchasing a physical painting does not transfer any copyright, reproduction rights, or commercial exploitation rights to the buyer. You may not copy, scan, print, resell digital/hard copies, or reproduce the artwork(design, style, theme included) in any form without express written permission.
  • AI & Scraping Prohibition: Automated data scraping, harvesting, or downloading of artwork images for any purpose, including training Artificial Intelligence (AI) models, is strictly prohibited and will lead to legal issues.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING

  • Copyright Symbol: The copyright sign visible on the displayed pictures will not appear in same format on the actual prints/artworks delivered to you. It is only a symbol of Artist’s copyright on works.
  • Content of Artworks: The people and places visible in the artworks are ought to be seen as just inspirations from real life, and not as the portrayal of actual people and places. Any resemblance to actual events, locales, or persons will be regarded as coincidental.
  • Artwork Variations: Because the Products are original artworks/ Art prints, slight variations in texture, brushstrokes, and colors may exist. Colors may also appear differently depending on your digital screen settings.
  • Pricing Updates: All prices displayed on our WooCommerce store are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
  • Order Rejection: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorized commercial reselling, or errors in product pricing/descriptions.
